All you need:

• Perhaps some HTML/CSS Knowledge
• A reset/clean homepage to start with
• You will need to make your own images

First, clear your current homepage of any code and only have one panel, the My video panel.
Then copy the code from below or here
I'VE INCLUDED SOME COMMENTS IN THE CODE, PLEASE READ. SHOWS WHERE SOME SIMPLE THINGS ARE TO CHANGE AND EDIT Then paste that into your My video panel. Edit> "Edit customHTML/CSS" (If you don't know how to, this isn't for you.) You'll need to go through and replace USERNAME with your actual username, the same for YOURID with your real user id.

How does it work?
It use one big main div(A box 1070px in width x 970px in height) with three equal width(320px) and equally spread apart inside. Named left, middle and right.
There are some simple classes that you can use, change, delete or add to, one are for any p tag with the class 'links'. The other is used to center images, any image with the class 'cent' should be centered.
I've left some img tag's in there that link to transparent images, you can adjust the height attribute to have the panel images at equal heights on each side.
The code you'll notice up the tops involves Google Fonts, you can go ahead and pick your own font in Google's library or just remove this.
